Random Scribbles


I was watching this movie the other day “runaway bride”. A beautiful and romantic movie, well am not reviewing the movie here, there’s one phrase, rather a dialogue in the movie, “Look, I guarantee there'll be tough times. I guarantee that at some point, one or both of us will want to get out of this thing. But I also guarantee that if I don't ask you to be mine, I'll regret it for the rest of my life, because I know, in my heart, you're the only one for me”. It has the exact ratio of romanticism and practicality.

We are not sure if we’ll be together in the future, but we want them to be with us at that point of time and we also feel that our life has no meaning without them. This is not only in the aspect of love; it’s true for friends as well. Some people have a great impact on us; and we want them to be with us forever, but that may not last and we might lose them and never talk to them again, but there is a reason for that too, some people come into our life with some purpose and once that is completed they just disappear, it does not mean they are not our good friends, they are but not everything lasts long.

So I guess I need to move on and brood over the friends I lost, but I should be happy for the friends I have, and make new friends, maybe even I am in someone’s life just for a purpose?? 

I don't really know what is the purpose of this, but it was just lingering in my mind so I put it here in this blog, so that everyone can view the "sparks of insanity" by me :)

    I,purticularly, not a buyer for the "move on" thing ...but but everything else is purposefulyy practical and unhesitatingly romantic!!

    yea!!! I absolutely agree with this one! The promises which we make , at sometimes we dont remember them. This is one feeling which always would be in our soul,submerged and forgotten about but still we live on this one!!

    Not quite agree with you, when you say we have to move on. But, like always I'd continue to respect one's thought and perspective.

    I believe people who are happy and the ones who are not, have one thing different. Happy people are those who believe they can move on, and those who believe they can't, will remain where they started.

    Be it Frnship or Love y shud one be expect to be with him/her forever r always... every relation undergoes a change where people mature in their relnship n undrstand their stance in one... it doesn change one's opinion abt othr...

A Song

There is an abundant treasure of beautiful songs, and everyone is aware of it, and the way they are written, the beauty of it, I guess is very difficult to express in words, but this is my humble attempt to do so. I was just recently listening to this old Hindi song “Tere bina zindagi se”, from the movie Aandhi, it’s a wonderful song, The first line of the song is like this Tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa nahi, Tere bina zindagi bhi lekin zindagi nahi. I found these lines quite intriguing , “I don’t complain that you are not in my life but without you life is not the same”, isn’t it ironic, that’s what life is all about maybe. We always want something we don’t have and when it’s with us we don’t give it enough value. We sat together that day at our favourite spot. We sat so close to each other that I could hear him breathing. He held me with all the love he possessed, but I could not gather myself to reciprocate it.
